Through the art teacher’s careful planning, we decided to make bas-relief using soaps. Although it cannot render 100% of the craft, it shares the similar process with brick carving. Outstanding work was selected by our art teacher and displayed in the final exhibition.

In addition, we also borrowed books on brick carving and miniature carving from public libraries in Taipei and New Taipei City and a collection of Mr. Chen’s artwork for students to read.
